Description

Made by Bally. The ride was taken out of service from a restaurant/arcade. A restoration company performed an evaluation and everything checked out "OK". The coin mechanism worked, the ride rocked, the lights worked, and it was in solid condition. The ride was completely stripped down to bare parts, The motor and gear box were taken apart by "Hill Electric" and checked out. Some adjustments were made on the brushes and the armature was turned, but no other repairs were necessary. All of the wiring has been replaced, and a new 100AC to 12DC transformer installed for the lights (bow light and 8 bullet lights). The ride is wired for free play with two switches on the body of the boat, one controlling the lights and the other controlling the motor. The body was stripped to its gel coat. The body and base were restored with all automotive finishes (PPG). The two tone and pin stripe are under the clear coat. The interior was done by an upholstery company, using left overs from a Mercedes roadster they were working on at the time. The pleats are sewn into a sew foam (not heat set). Available in Illinois. Subject to availability when ordered. TMAECH ad ref. #586.
