Made by Sega. 50" projection screen. Based on the growing popularity of skateboarding display exhibitions around the world. Players are given 30 seconds to perform their maneuvers before being ranked from A to F. If a player scores highly enough, he/she moves onto the next round. There is a range of characters (3 male and 2 female) to select from, along with a choice of skating areas. Machine features 3 stages of skating action: Training mode to learn the basics of how to do a combo, spin, and grind; Intermediate mode to negotiate the 2 ramps in a town and a stadium environment; and Expert mode with the most technically difficult 2 ramps set in a factory and suburban district. Faithfully recreates the thrill of skateboarding speed and moves, allowing player to perform kick flips, 180 degree turns, hang tens, French Flyer Twist, Switch Rock n' Roll Fake Out, Back Loop, Nose Blunt, Mactwist, Nose Grabs and multi spins.
