Description

Made by Sega. 26" monitors. Players race head-to-head or solo against city backdrops. More than just a racing game, it also has a fighting element. Buttons located on the handle bar allow each player to kick, punch, and use futuristic "retro" hand weapons ranging from axes and spears to swords and maces that he/she uses to knock other riders from their bikes. Each bike also has a "turbo" gauge that allows a limited time turbo-charge that will also do "critical" damage and disarm opponents. While the opposition can be disarmed, the human (and computerized) opponents can also attack and knock you from your bike as well, costing you valuable position and time, as well as the loss of your helmet and weapon. After loosing your weapon in a race, you can regain one by "punching" an armed opponent and knocking him from his motorcycle. Subject to availability when ordered. TMAECH ad ref. #236.
