The rifle scope magnifies the images on the monitor; otherwise invisible to passers-by. Look through your scope, use your cross-hairs and expertise to aim for the enemy. Your target could be in a helicopter dodging through buildings, in the driver's seat of a high-speed car, or snooping on rooftops; so don't underestimate the skill required to win the game.
