1998 'The House Of The Dead 2' DX U/R shoot'g game
Made by Sega. 45" projection screen. Sequel to 'The House Of The Dead,' where players once again assume the role of special agents against hoardes of zombies and other creatures. Coming at you from the deepest, darkest corners of Curien Mansion, these loathsome creatures are hell-bent on destroying mankind -- that is, unless you destroy them first. As a special agent, your mission is to wipe out the zombie manace, and stop Dr. Curien's latest successor from carrying out his evil plans. Follow a twisting maze of sub-plots and discover dark secrets that will answer your lingering questions about the mysterious special agents. The guns used in 'The House Of The Dead 2' reload automatically when pointed away from the screen; as opposed to the classic point away and shoot method used by 'The House of The Dead.' This game is similar to 'Cruis'n USA' and 'Cruis'n World' except that you race in different locations throughout the universe. One such location is the Atlantis track which is probably the first underwater race course offered in a video game. The Mars track might also be another first with its interplanetary race track. The object of the game is to race through twelve tracks spanning land, sea, and space. There are newer cars and drivers, including a clown and an alien. Subject to availability when ordered.
